SHIPPING
All of our items are handmade and stock varies. Ship times should be listed on each item page, but if not listed they will ship accordingly:
YUCCA MAT - Ships in 3-7 business days
RUCKUS SACK - Ships in 1-2 business days
We are always willing to work with customers if they need items in a quicker time frame or are interested in Custom orders. Please don't hesitate to email us at hello@fawnandcub.com (Please note that there are no Returns on Rush or Custom orders)
We ship everywhere within the US and Internationally. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery. Tracking will be sent via email when orders are processed and shipped. International items are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. Items generally take 7-21 days to arrive, and tracking will be provided via email when orders are processed and shipped.
RETURNS
Fawn & Cub will gladly accept un-used, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition with Certificate of Authenticity attached for a full refund/exchange. Your exchange/return must be received within 7 business days from the date you received your shipment.
To process an exchange/return, please follow the following steps:
  • Email us at sales@fawnandcub.com to let us know if you will be returning the item or if you’d like an exchange.
  • Repackage your item(s) securely in the original package.
  • Send item to the following address: Fawn & Cub 1113 Elm Ave Placerville, CA 95667
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damages items that result from issues in transit.
